We are so happy you are joining us for a one of a kind event!
Welcome to India’s first Board Games with Puppies
What is Pawga, anyway?
Pawga was started in 2020 to help shelter pets socialise, find a forever home, and raise funds for the shelter. We pioneered puppy yoga in India and slowly introduced other experiences to help more people from different walks of life interact and experience the joy of shelter puppies.
What do I even do at Board Games with Puppies?
You will be playing beginner friendly board games with simple rules as puppies from the shelter run around you.
The event is to bring strangers and friends together with the help of puppies to break the ice.
But why on earth should I join Pawga?
Ummm, because we’re cool. Kiddding!!! (not really).
All the puppies or older dogs you see at Pawga are from your local animal shelter. They are all up for adoption, and the best part is that a portion of the tickets goes towards the welfare of animals at the shelter.
Super important question – do I need to have experience with board games or pets?
Not at all! The event is for beginners and the rules of the game would be explained well in advance.
As for experience with puppies, don’t worry, our team will help you interact if you’re nervous around pups. We are open to all age groups and even pregnant women. Last time we also had a kid in a cradle, no biggie!
Why does any of this matter amidst all my existential crisis and joys?
Because sometimes you shouldn’t worry too much with ‘because’.
Because at some level, you know you need to contribute to your wellness and really take care of yourself.
Because these puppies/dogs don’t get the affection they need, and even if you can’t exactly know with their wagging tails, meeting them could be the best day of their life.
Also note that the event is for 120 minutes. You can come 15 minutes early to the start time (we recommend this) and leave 15-20 minutes late after the end time. You might see puppies/older dogs, whoever is up for adoption. We aim to help animals looking for adoption, and we don’t discriminate in size.
If you are convinced, try it out – join us in Bangalore to know more!
